Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS:
Not returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
NATURAL WOOD AND/OR COLOR VARIATION:
Grain, color, mineral streaks, knots, and natural variation are part of each board's character. These therefore are not considered defects, nor are color variations between screen and actual wood. Remember these natural occurrences are not imperfections—they're reminders that every tree has its own story.
