Every Threadtree piece is handcrafted using real hardwood.
Wood is a natural material and no two pieces will ever be identical. Grain patters, color variation, mineral streaks, knots, and other natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.
These variations are not considered defects but are celebrated as part of the wood's individual story.
Product photographs are intended to represent the overall design. Your piece will remain true to that design while reflecting the natural beauty of the wood selected for it.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Production timelines vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship, made-to-order, personalized, or custom. Estimated production times are provided on individual product pages.
Once production has begun on personalized or custom items, orders cannot be cancelled.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all Threadtree designs, logos, product photography, website content, written descriptions, and original artwork are the intellectual property of Threadtree and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

ensure they last for years. Please follow the Product Care instructions available on this website.
Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, or failure to follow recommended care instructions is not covered.
