Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Items: I take pride in my custom creations and strive for your satisfaction. Due to the personalized nature of custom items, I am unable to offer refunds once order is confirmed and production has begun. However, if there is an error on my part or if the item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt,
and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your purchased item was an in stock item or part of a limited batch release you may request a return within 7 days of receipt provided it is in an unused, new condition and did not receive any customization or personalization. If your item arrived damaged or is missing please notify me immediately so I can work to resolve the issue.
Legal disclaimer regarding IP/Copyrights:
Please understand that my work is inspired by my love of reading, books and all things nature. In the same spirit of not wanting my work copied or reproduced, I respect creators, authors and others rights to their IP (intellectual property) and copyrighted material and therefore will not infringe on those rights. I am working to secure legal licensing for bookish creations and will update if and when that happens. Please do not ask me to include elements (names, logos, quotes etc) that potentially infringe on an IP.
