Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
As of November 7th 2021 all items are about a week from order to ship. All items will be professionally packaged and you will be given a tracking number. With regard to boards, we will do our best to accurately estimate and price shipping costs but due to the unique nature of these prices can vary.
Custom items will be given a shipping window with updates as to the progress of your item. We aim to ship within 3-5 days for custom orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness and satisfaction is important!!! If you find that your item is defective, damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory please contact us asap. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Items that are customized with personal information (names etc) are non-refundable and not exchangeable unless the customization error is ours and differs from the proof you were sent prior to the item being customized.
